Exp. Dr. Necdet ÇATALBA? was born in 1976 in Sakarya. She completed her education in Faculty of Medicine at Uluda? University Medical School in 2000. After completing his medical education, he worked as a general practitioner in Kastamonu / ?nebolu and Adapazar? between 2000-2009.
