Dr. Seyyed Hassan Hashemi, the founder of Noor Eye Hospital, was born in Fariman, Khorasan, in 1959. He completed his elementary school education in Fariman and his high school education at Ferdowsi high school in Mashhad. He entered Mashhad University of Medical Sciences in 1979.
